CurrniVerra is a corporation incorporated in Alberta, Canada. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@currniverra.com.

If we add analytics later we will update this page first, and add a consent mechanism where one is required.

Only what you choose to send us, plus the technical records any website generates.

• Enquiry form. If you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name if you provide one, and your message.
• Email. If you email us, we hold that correspondence.
• Booking a call. Our booking links take you to Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. What you enter there is collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can meet you.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data including IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used for security and reliability, not for profiling.

• To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work.
• To keep records of our business communications.
• To keep the site available and secure.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not put enquiry content into AI tools in a way that would allow a provider to train on it.

We use a small number of service providers. Each processes information only to provide their service to us.

• Vercel — website hosting and request logs.
• Formspree — delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call.
• Zoho Mail — our email. Messages you send us are stored on Zoho's Canadian servers.

Email you send us stays in Canada. The other providers above — hosting, the enquiry form and scheduling — store data outside Canada, primarily in the United States, which means that information may be accessible to foreign courts and law enforcement under the laws of those countries.

If that matters to you, email us at hello@currniverra.com rather than using the form or the booking link. That route keeps your information on Canadian servers end to end.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Where we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for seven years, which is the period Canadian tax and business records are generally retained for. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then discarded.

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act, and federal privacy legislation where it applies, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a reason to keep; and
• withdraw consent for future contact at any time.

Email hello@currniverra.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it. We do not ask for and will not accept sensitive information through this site — please do not send health information, payment card numbers or government identification numbers by email or through the form.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. For anything that meaningfully affects how we handle information already collected, we will contact people it applies to directly.
