These terms cover this website. They do not cover work we do for clients — that is governed by a separate signed agreement.

These terms, and what they are not

By using currniverra.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Client work is separate. If we work together, that relationship is governed by a signed proposal and retainer agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where those documents differ from this page, they take precedence for the work they cover. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement.

The site is information, not an offer

Everything here describes what we do in general terms. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or professional advice for your situation. Prices, timelines and approaches described on the site are indicative and depend entirely on the specifics of an engagement.

Do not act on anything here as though it were advice about your business without talking to us or to a suitably qualified adviser first.

No guaranteed outcomes

Search engines, social platforms and AI assistants control their own ranking, recommendation and citation systems, and change them without notice. Nothing on this site is a promise of any ranking, traffic volume, engagement level, citation in an AI-generated answer, or commercial result.

AI systems produce probabilistic output. The same input can produce different results, and output can be plausible but wrong. Any system we describe requires human review before its output is relied upon.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to CurrniVerra or our licensors. You may read, link to and share it. You may not copy it substantially, republish it as your own, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests association or endorsement without written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We display them to indicate the tools we work with. This does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by those companies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the site unlawfully, or to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing material;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system;
interfere with the site's operation or availability;
scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk messaging; or
misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

Links and third-party services

The site links to external services including our scheduling and enquiry tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Using them is at your discretion.

Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it is. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is current or complete. We may change or remove anything here at any time without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CurrniVerra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes and contact
